Internship Opportunity
We are currently looking for several interns who will work on student programs in some of our schools around Jiangsu Province and China. The position will involve working with teachers and administrative staff to assist, develop and promote student programs, particularly extracurricular programs, for Chinese high school students. These programs will be done entirely in English and the position may require travel to different cities in Jiangsu Province and China. In addition, some work and involvement in assisting students with English language learning in the form of tutoring, giving presentations, etc.. **This is not a teaching job.**
The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker with demonstrated involvement with campus activities and/or during high school activities. The candidate should a university student or recent graduate in the area of English, Drama/art, communications, education or a related field. He/she should be interested in working in China and with Chinese high school students and Chinese colleagues. Chinese language ability is preferred but not required.
