The USC East Asian Studies Center (EASC) invites USC graduate students to apply for the
2011-12 Association for Japan-U.S. Community Exchange (ACE) Nikaido Fellowships
The ACE/Nikaido fellowship will provide stipends of up to $5,000 to awarded students, depending on the proposed course of study. The award may be used for research, travel, Japanese language training or Japanese area studies. Applications are open to USC graduate students from all disciplines and to both domestic and international students.
In order to qualify for an ACE Nikaido fellowship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Applicants must be full-time USC graduate students
- Applicants must be engaged in the research and study of Japan or U.S.-Japan relations.
The deadline to apply is Friday, February 4, 2011.
